We are committed to the safety  of our medicines in all cases, and maintain an active pharmacovigilance programmed to help ensure this

Pharmacovigilance has been defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the science and activities relating to the detection, assessment, understanding, and prevention of adverse effects or any other medicine-related problem . It is also known as Drug Safety.

Pharmacovigilance focuses on adverse drug reactions (ADRs), which are defined as any response to a drug that is noxious and unintended, including lack of efficacy, which occurs at doses normally used for the prophylaxis, diagnosis or therapy of disease, or the modification of physiological function. Medication errors such as overdose, and misuse and abuse of a drug, are also of interest because they may result in an ADR .

We are committed to provide quality products that meet the requirements of our patients at all times and ensure their safety through the effective implementation of a rigorous pharmacovigilance system.
